Ruben Vardanyan petitioned to interrogate Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, members of the OSCE Minsk Group and ICRC representatives in the Baku court. Vardanyan’s motion was left without examination.
He also stated that he did not agree with the accusation of crossing the Azerbaijani state border illegal. He asked for the commanders of the Russian troops that carried out a peacekeeping mission in Artsakh. However, the court rejected the motions.
